Contact the KitForma studio, troubleshoot preview text, understand print files and recover order access using your saved recovery file.

Email kitforma@outlook.com with the product name and a clear description of the issue. For order questions, include your order reference and purchase date. A screenshot without personal or payment details can help. Never send a password, card details, access token or recovery file.
Preview and text
Use a short phrase of up to 28 characters. English, Turkish and Spanish letters, numbers and common punctuation are supported. If a preview fails, check your connection, shorten the text and try again. The surface views are illustrative: no physical product is included.
Recover an order
Choose “Recover my order” in the store and select the unchanged JSON file you saved before checkout. Save the replacement recovery file before confirming the recovery. Keep both until the process succeeds; the old file is then invalid. If your order session remains active, you can create a replacement from “My order”. Without either a valid session or recovery file, access cannot be verified by email.
Preparing for print
Use the SVG for scalable vector artwork or the 3600 × 3600 px PNG for a raster workflow. The PNG is generated in your browser from the purchased SVG. At 300 pixels per inch, 3600 pixels corresponds to 12 inches, or about 30.5 cm. Your printer should confirm suitable size, process and color treatment for the material.
