KITFORMA DESIGNS
Privacy and your design data
How KitForma Designs handles preview text, orders, payment providers, browser storage and optional analytics.
Preview and order processing
Customized preview requests send the design ID, selected color, language and your text to the KitForma Designs service. This is not an entirely offline editor. An order stores the design you approved so it can deliver the matching file after verified payment. Do not enter sensitive personal information in design text.
Payments and essential storage
When enabled, checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy. KitForma does not ask you to type card details into the design editor. Order access credentials and recovery progress use session storage in your browser. Your recovery file is a private access key; never publish it or attach it to a support email.
Optional analytics
Optional Google Analytics helps measure visits and actions such as opening a design or starting checkout. It is loaded only after you allow analytics. Design wording, order access tokens and recovery keys are not sent as analytics event fields. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your choice. Declining analytics does not prevent you from exploring or buying a design when sales are available.
Questions and requests
Contact kitforma@outlook.com for privacy questions or requests relating to an order. Include only the information needed to locate your request. Do not send card details or recovery secrets. Necessary transaction records may need to be retained for payment, accounting or dispute handling.
