Digital purchases and refund help
What to check before buying a personalized design and how to request help with a duplicate payment, incorrect delivery or a technical problem.
Before placing an order
Review the exact text, spelling and color in the final preview. Your purchase is a personalized digital design, not a physical product or print service. Editing the studio after purchase does not change an existing order. Save your recovery file before checkout and save downloaded design files on your device.
If something goes wrong
For a duplicate charge, a delivery that does not match the approved design or an unresolved technical problem, contact kitforma@outlook.com with the order reference, purchase date and a short description. Do not include your card number, access token or recovery file. We will review the issue and the payment record; submitting a request does not by itself confirm a refund.
Payment processing and access
When sales are enabled, Lemon Squeezy processes checkout and refunds through its payment system. Any approved refund is returned through the applicable payment process; timing depends on the provider and payment method. Download access closes for refunded orders. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply to you under consumer law.
