GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions↗
Will a physical item arrive?+
No. You purchase a personalized digital design. Shirt and mug illustrations show possible uses. We do not provide printing or shipping.
Which files will I receive?+
You can download a transparent SVG with outlined lettering and a 3600 × 3600 px PNG. The SVG scales without losing sharpness. Your browser creates the PNG from your purchased SVG. Screen and print colors can differ; check a proof with your printer first.
How do I access my download?+
Downloads open in your order after payment confirmation. Use “Recover my order” with the file saved before checkout if you change browsers or lose your session. Recovery is not by email. Save the new file each time; the old file becomes invalid after recovery. Recovery does not reopen expired or refunded downloads.
What if I lose my recovery file?+
If your order session is still active, create a new recovery file from “My order”. If both the session and file are lost, access cannot be verified. Keep the recovery file private; anyone with it can recover access. Save your downloaded designs on your device too.
Can I change the wording after purchase?+
Your download uses the text and color approved before checkout. Editing the studio after placing an order does not change the purchased file. Check the final preview carefully.
Do I need to install fonts?+
No. The lettering is made of vector paths, preserving the previewed appearance without font installation. Letter shapes follow the design’s fixed style.
